Loren Durst LMT

A 1997 graduate of the Garden State Holistic Center, Loren naturally gravitated toward Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Medical Massage—helping clients overcome sports injuries, chronic pain, and repetitive strain issues. Her additional modalities include Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and Cupping, creating a well-rounded, results-driven approach to care.

Throughout her career, Loren has worked alongside medical and sports professionals, combining clinical precision with a deep understanding of the body’s natural healing process. Her goal is to help clients restore movement, relieve pain, and reconnect the mind and body for long-term wellness.
